Narcolepsy is in many ways the opposite of sleep deprivation.
I was not trying to take your peace of mind away from you, but I wanted to comment on your statement that it comes form this and that, because no studie has proven or found a pattern that fits peoples expereinces. There are only theories about SP and scientists and psycologists do not agree. But it is a sleep disorder, without a doubt.

- It is in the REM sleep - that goes for everyone.Hopefully they will figure it out for you or do a sleep study on you to find out what stage of sleep you are experiencing these things in.
