I just arranged with my local recovery college to do a 4 day film course this year, (dates to be arranged). Have done quite a few courses recently like mindfulness, anxiety and neurodivergency.

I've made it 3 days now eating within a few hundred calories of my budget
I'm still under my goal, but at least I haven't woken up in the middle of the night hungry with a headache - so I think that's progress
