So many years fighting. i give up.

I am a bitover the dealing with it and now I have a simple life and I swim - keeping it simple for me works - I dont watch news and romcom is my new movie genre - 4 years with diagnosed PTSD and probably four before that undiagnosed - I was not bullied but the things that trigger me trigger me and I avoid them - Its a very simplelife but when I swim I feel freeof PTSD for about an hour and none of the very lovely ladies at the pool can believe I am distressed because it is my sanity break from the reality of beingme with PTSD
 
Fight4Life I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this trauma of feeling being bullied, I can say that I do too and it's just awful. I don't really know how cope that well with it much, but I do know this

If you have anything that can take you away from your worries, something that takes you to your inner peace where you can simply just turn off all worries. Then there might just be a way for you look past all the hurt that you're facing. Could it be that you like companionship? a pet or a friend who sticks out to you. Or simply anything that really speaks to you over anything else.
I know it's much easier said than done but it's at least worth to consider over the hurt that's intruding on you. You should have right to be a happy and peaceful human being.
I know it's not much but I want you to know that I am here on the forum, and I really do care for you to get out from this dark hole that shouldn't be there over you're happiness:hug: You're not alone on this
