I wish someone would say....

Hey, you know what? I'm sorry for all the times I have disrespected you. You don't deserve to be treated that way, ever.

....I'm sorry for laughing at you when you got so startled jade, I can see that it's really embarrassing for you and not funny at all. It's wrong of me to purposely sneak up on you and then laugh at you while you're shaking. I won't ever do it again.

For me it's not about what I need to be told, but about believing what Iam told. My boyfriend always tells me the nicest things and I know he means it, but I don't believe it. I wish I did.

Maybe try repeating to yourself what your BF says to you and letting yourself at least think they could *possibly* be true will help.
