Oh frig, I got 37 - severe depersonalisation. I need to seek help. Good job I'm doing that then.

I never even realised that "one part of me does things while an observing part talks to me about them" was part of this. Do other people not do that???? I have a constant conversation in my head.

46, but many of the symptoms are better. But I answered sometimes for most because in the past someone the symptoms had been severe.

I think it's funny how I spent so many years trying to describe certain symptoms to doctors only to find out what they were through a quiz.
