In the end we all have to do what we need to do to get better....I am glad that you at least feel safe. It's a huge plus, and a great place to start. Keep up the good work.

Three months today (it's after midnight my time!)

I made it here, and boy did I get the therapy ball rolling! I have to say I've done and seen nothing but huge steps to making Matt's and my life better. I am so very proud of myself!
