Sudden new symptoms

This just started last night. I don't think I've had any new foods or medications. For some reason I start to stutter really bad and I shake. I get cold and goosebumps are everywhere. It's difficult to put thoughts into words and I repeat myself. I feel like I can't do anything. I feel incapable of doing anything. I want to go to a doctor, but I also don't, but my mom won't take me and she thinks I'm lying and she's upset. What do I do and what do you think this is?

I'd recommend finding a way to get her to take you to the doctor. I couldn't possibly tell you what is causing this, it could be a neurological issue. Whatever it is, a physician will need to examine you. It would be irresponsible for me to even take a guess.

I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but only a doctor can run the appropriate tests to give you an answer, no one here can do that for you I'm afraid.

I haven't experienced anything like that. It could be anxiety, but it could be something physical, too. Better to be safe than sorry!
