Fingers crossed your new meds don't take too long to have a positive effect.
I know hubby found it really hard when he came home. Even though, in hindsight, he says the hospital really wasn't that nice, at the time he felt safe there and kept begging to go back.
As of January he is now in group therapy and he is really finding value in it. It didn't happen over night, he and his GP had to keep fighting for it. His greatest medical support has always been his GP, she kicks the community care team regularly. What is yours like?
