Hi guys just thought I'd give u an update.
Had a session with T yesterday. Don't know how it happened but she just seemed to ask the right question and a whole load of stuff re guilt etc just came flooding out. She said she had no idea about any of it but it seemed to make sense to her. We never talked about being discharged this time. Even though it was really difficult I managed to tell her loads of the crazy stuff going on in my head. Thanks to all of u who helped x
