I am about half way through the book now and the letter has been opened.

I don't know what the answer is re cost of books. Maybe if anyone has access to a free cycle page, they can ask there. I will ask on our local one and if I can find a copy I am happy to pass it around. @CraftyCath has already had some of my books. Kindle is harder though.

I finished it last night and I enjoyed it.

Loved the way the end could have been different if things had unfolded a different way.

I especially liked the epilogue

I have just finished listening to it in the car today. I was completely disappointed in the epilogue. It really annoyed me. How do any of us know all the what ifs in our life? I thought that spoiled the whole story for me - as well as they thought Marfan's syndrome would be cured by emergency cardiac surgery.

It is a very long book and kept me entertained for hours, but overall - not really my cup of tea.Half way through I would not have been expecting to say that - I loved the first half.

While I recognize that if the entire point of the book is a secret, that perhaps giving it away in the beginning is rather pointless... However, if she puts that stupid letter away without reading it one more time, I very well may scream. Ch 13.

Finished. I feel rather guilty and in need of a shower. Kind of like after watching a bunch of reality TV. Anyone else, or just me?
