The flipside of endless city walking is that 8 months out of the year the weather is terrible and we don't do it nearly as much, haha

That's one of the main reasons I got it, too. I'm not a rain or cold weather fan, so I needed something effective I could do indoors. Then I learned even more about the lymph system and how critical it is to keep that flow on the go and that mini-trampolines were one of the best ways to help do that. It can be taken outdoors on the pretty days, too. Win/win any way I looked at it. Exercise no longer feels like a dirty word. lol
