Today was sunny and warm, and a friend and I walked around a botanical garden, and then down these lovely residential streets to an event nearby. It's been a tough week, and the walk felt so good.
I've been a bit obsessed with walking since Feb this year. I do wear an I watch and is set for min 15000 but I do 25-30000 a day which is about 12 milesish. I started because I wanted to lose weight and it is working. I have a 3 mile route and a 1 1/2 mile route and no how long each route takes so I can fit it in around my day.
@Mangochutney That is a wonderful goal and it is fantastic that you are sticking to it. Walking is a great way to improve health. I'm still at around 10,000 but trying to make the 15,000 the minimum. To add some fun into it, I decided that I would hike to the major water falls in two states. Should be fun and I hope to get some amazing pictures to share.
