Sufferer This Is Way Out Of My Comfort Zone

Navy vet who served in Beirut, Lebanon in October 1983 during barracks bombing. I am an intensely private person and posting to a public forum is very hard for me. Finally got to the point fourteen years ago that I had to get help for me and my family's sake. Was diagnosed with chronic ptsd and am on meds. Been through several ptsd programs with VA that have helped, but as you all know, it is something you constantly have to live with.

As an introvert, I so prefer an online forum, where I can be to myself, while I read and respond to posts, or start a post myself. All those actions, bring support. I hope you feel like you have company, and can share yourself, on your terms, too.
