To-do List Of Uncomfortable Things

I was inspired by another user who had made a list of uncomfortable things to do in order to change his/her life. Another user suggested I start a thread on this very thing so here I am. I will start with 3 uncomfortable things I would like to overcome, starting with the easiest. Feel free to continue this thread and post when you overcome them :)

1. Driving over bridges (I live in a city with lots of bridges but if I can find another route, I do)

2. Sleeping in my bed alone without having a panic attack!

3. Sharing my autobiography
 
I am always tense and extremely self-conscious around people (I used to not be when I was really really young) and I feel like I am being judged by everyone.

I had been running away from it for years, and now I am

1. Going to dance&yoga lessons to help my muscles relax (from let's flight or fight mode).
2. vocal lessons to voice it out.

As a self-therapy, lol. Neither of two are turning out so great, but I am still working on it.
 
Well I overcame the first thing on my list...driving over bridges. I used to take the longer route just to avoid going over the river but I've managed to drive over them several times now without having heart palpatations!
 
- Allow myself to remember without going back there

- Talk about feelings I fear when I really don't want to

- Be with others when I'm most distrustful of everyone

- Remain sober even when its the hardest thing to do
