To Share Is To Scare

I'm really getting scared now I have an appointment in a couple of hours with a "victims of violent crime" counselor, then a meeting with the District Attorney's rep, then a meeting with Department of Children/Families, for each one I have to be careful of what I say and how I act. All I can think about is how badly my son triggered me last night when he started rubbing up against me then put his hands around my neck........I could have really hurt him..I'm so sorry. God I need meds!!!

I'm with you Clare..... I have to go speak with a couple detectives today and it scares the daylights out of me.

I'm taking myself out to dinner after and for a massage to celebrate being brave and reclaiming my power. I'm celebrating that I'm putting the shame back where it belongs, on my attacker and not on me anymore.

Thanks Everyone,

I tried to thank individually-but the "thanks" wouldn't let me do more than two.(?) Anyway, I needed to get a boost, and you guys provided! It was a scary day, but it's good for my confidence to get through alot of tough stuff at once. Just a note to say-"you can do it!" is great, that's why I like this place!
