Dan, every one of us has lost a post at one time or another. It happens.

Those rules ensure that this forum is the most usable resource for all. As much as we might like to think it's all about us, there are thousands of others needing and deserving this support.

There is plenty of help if you ask for it.

In AA, when people tell us old-timers how much the program sucks, we have a saying...."Your misery will be gladly refunded."

Many choose to stay and give it a try.

I hope you'll consider staying and getting support. If you choose not to, I wish you well on your journey. I think it'll be difficult to find such a helpful community of knowledgeable, supportive people, but there's always a chance.
