I read this article ages ago about a sleeping tablet (can't for the life of me remember what one).
It said when they did some sleep trials with it people who took it, they realised it didn't actually help people sleep. What happens is it messed up short term memory and because you get up in the morning and can't remember the night before you assume you slept.
You may have been tossing and turning the whole night but you get up in the morning not remembering the night you I course just assume.
Just thought that was interesting enough to share can't for the life of me remember where I read it or what the sleeping tablet was.
