I can relate to this. I was a massive foodie. Now I have little interest. It didn’t help that my physical injuries still make it difficult to lift pots and pans. Let alone shop.
I try to commit to eating one decent meal a day. That might require me to eat out or buy something pre-made but nice for dinner. The other thing that has helped is getting back into gardening. It’s a nice way to channel all that nervous energy. And just planting some salad leaves, rocket, basil, chilli, beetroot etc inspires me not to waste it. Boil some eggs from my chickens, add Ryvitas and mayo and there’s an easy lunch.
