Hi Mami, there's an abuse survivor's group at WAVAW (604 255 6228) (24-hour crisis line 1 877 392 7583)
- you'll need to call to get on the waiting list. There's also supposed to be one at Burnaby Family Life, but I don't know anything about that one. There's also a Survivor's of Incest Anonymous Group at Avalon Women's Centre on West Boulevard and 43rd. Last I checked they met on Friday nights.

The only thing that I have experience with personally is the individual counselling at VISAC VISAC (604.874.2938) at Family Services on Kingsway. Again, call - there's a long-ish waiting list but my counsellor Michelle has been phenomenal.
