Well guys, I just told my therapist everything.

All the things that I've been too afraid to tell anybody my entire life, all the things that I didn't tell my previous therapist. I wrote it all down on 4 pages and send it to her just now. She's on a holiday but I'll hear 2nd of januari what she thinks of it.

What caused me to finally tell is I had another breakdown today, I lost my voice screaming so I what'sapped with my aunt. I told my aunt about the intrusive images and she actually mentioned incest herself without me even having to mention the issue of emotional incest. I suposse it encouraged me to write the whole freaking letter. Wow... it's weird.
