Tortillas!!!
I love and adore tacos. Especially street tacos with slightly charred grilled white corn tortillas, cilantro/onion/lime/radish + protein. Steak, beer battered cod, spiced catfish, carnitas, octopus, shrimp, lobstah, mangos, ceviche, list goes on.
2nd fav way is probably as high fructose corn syrup? Hello, Coca Cola!!! Corn sugar? Is amaaaaazing stuff. I also use it when I’m sculpting cake decorations, gingerbread houses, etc.
3rd = Grits & Polenta
Then we’ve got a dead heat betwixt
- BBQ’d in the husk, Mexican Street Corn, Cornbread w/ honey, & kernels mixed with bacon & jalapeño to top… so many things… Pozole, creamed corn, popcorn, polenta bread. LMAO. Ja. Corn’s great stuff.
