I like fettucini, but a good penne is in there too. Like asking whats the best rice, so many it is hard to know for sure

One time I had this special rice that I think was called Carolina red rice. A friend gave to me. It was lovely but I couldn’t find it in any store.

One time I had this special rice that I think was called Carolina red rice

It’s tomato… and green bell pepper (unripe capsicum) & onion & garlic. Just minced up fine fine fine. There’s a Mexican bouillon cube that mimics it, but southern red rice & beans is as common round these parts, as beans on toast is across the pond. The tomato turns it red. The other stuff adds oomph.
