A mixture of frustration, anger, sadness

I feel better than yesterday, I was so scared and had "waves of fear". Today I feel better. Not 100% but better.

Yep, it's a burden but like you say you can only do better going forward. Can't change the past.

I feel restless, a bit anxious. Having trouble sleeping. It's like my brain doesn't want me to take a rest, cause it wants itself fixed asap.

Stressed and anxious. And nervous. But all wrapped up in half excitement, which is a super weird mix!

Today I feel frustrated.

i don't feel like saying a prayer, or eating, or not eating, or going to work tomorrow, or hoping in any future, or feeling anything for anyone or anything anymore, including the dog. I feel regret, and probably a bit of disgust, stupid. Not invested, and tbh pretty screwed over by life, God and the people in my life who were stuck with me, or I with them. Wah wah lol. Feelings always were a waste of finite energy. It's all a sham, always was, always will be. That fwiw, is how I feel atm. I actually looked at volunteering to go to Ukraine 2 weeks ago.

Feeling good overall, I've just Eaton and I'm on new anti-depressants so they're good. Going to the cinema later. I'm OK.
