What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Weirdness has grown into unsettled. But still searching for something I can sink my teeth into. Its hard to process something I can't quite understand.

On a side note its deceptively nice looking outside. But actually very chilly.

And I've run out of both shampoo and conditioner at the same time. The is very confusing and may be a sign of the apocalypse. I don't think its what has me unsettled though. Hey ho.

I am feeling misunderstood. Still arguing with that friend of mine. Then, today, I was suppose to have lunch with all my siblings but one backed out. I knew she would. Makes me sad. Have to hold my head up and go to this lunch. I can do this.

I'm doing the denial thing and trying to treat emotional stuff with antacids again. Whatever emotion it was, I didn't manage to recognize it before my stomach decided to swallow it. Antacids don't help with that.

I'm feeling tired...second night I didn't get any sleep - but I also feel like it doesn't matter anymore. I'm feeling like it doesn't matter whether my body will be able to take it or not...

Bit emotional, and a tad a overwhelmed. Time to get this assignment done!

A bit vilified. Told my sister and brother why my friend won't talk to me and how she got upset and said I was rude, simply because I asked her if she respected me. My sister said that was crazy, in one way or another. That it wasn't rude. Now what to do about my friend, who has not talked to me since then.

Ah well it is what it is. I do feel a little frustrated about it. Mostly not present for the three minutes.

I did three hours of study! I am feeling happy, competent and capable.

Overwhelmed and trying not to fall apart. I think I'll hold it together.

Raw, shaky, vulnerable, drained, in need of comfort, too afraid to accept. That was one hell of a therapy session
