I'm feeling disappointed and let down by a lot of people. ...frustrated and very lonely. It's my birthday...but...I spent it alone besides my time at work. ...and people who called were just talking about themselves...I don't know what I expected...but it was...really depressing today.

Feeling majorly stressed. Facing a stressor that I have put off.

Felt upset about Haley. I did the right thing though.

I feel wiped out. It really comes up that stuff of complex trauma, doesn't it and you have to just keep going. I took the cage down. I saw Haley and I cried. It was so embarrassing. I then came home to clean but B did a lot of it. So then I cleaned the car inside and out. Then I picked up my sister. Holding it together. Holding it together.

@Ms Spock: I offer an encouraging hug if you accept it? ...and I don't think that it's embarassing to cry, it's a sign of strength and a good way to release some unconscious stuff.

I'm feeling a bit exhausted thanks to my hay fever. *hachoo*

I feel physically and emotionally ill. Last night I had a nightmare that turned into a flashback waking up and my body memories have lasted all day.

I'm trying to focus on accomplishing things, I made really good progress. I'm frustrated with how difficult it is for me to look at that rather than some horrid failing.

Go @Spiderallis that is a great attitude change. It is hard, but so worth it. The process of being frustrated at how difficult it is for you is part of the process, you are learning how to shift your mindspace.

I'm feeling like I achieved something today...I just felt under pressure for a short while. I feel like I'm in balance.
