Extroadinarily grateful for the self compassion and other skills I've learned recently. I'm still very frightened of people. Still feel urges towards negative spirals and negative coping techniques.

But the self compassion and good self care habits safely catch me in a way I'm not sure I've ever experienced.

Although it makes the body ache more than I'd like, it also serves to help nourish the very same body by helping the garden goodies grow.

Bittersweet balance. Such is life. Starts singing...."Raindrops keep fallin' on my head....."
