What Are You Grateful For Today?

Nice move, @stronglady , nice ride, too, and not to mention nice reward. lol High fives!!! That reminds me of my best friend back in the day. She had a '69 camaro...
He wanted me to race on the street and told him no.I was not taking the chance of getting busted by the cops taken to jail.I did blow one transmission line and did get this fixed today.Happened at the finish line and did not drive it to my trailer.Friend of mine has a golf cart he has a tow strap with on hand, pulled it with this.

I am grateful for OzHarvest which is a food rescue charity! It stops tonnes of food from ending up in landfill. And it gives cooked meals and fresh produce to an amazing amount of charities, domestic violence shelters, homeless people, young people are at risk, young people suffering from sexual abuse, etc, etc, etc! Challenging the 1 in 6 Australians that suffer food insecurity. It will get worse with 40% of Australian jobs being computerised in the next 10 years.

I am grateful that we cooked over 1000 meals for people who are homeless, in domestic violence shelters, in need of food relief, the working poor, carers living on the breadline, those who are unemployed and those who are underemployed yesterday.

1 in 6 Australians suffer from food insecurity! I know I have had a real struggle with it in my life. I am proud of us. It was an OzHarvest Cooking for a Cause. Started 5am yesterday and finished up at 8.30pm. I am getting out and working my butt off. I am grateful that I just keep doing things in order to normalise them. It is not easy but it is possible with consistent and constant work.

I am also grateful for doing half an hour of Mindfulness - a Body Scan this morning.
