Grateful for a clear cool morning and a peer up early so a quick by phone visit at about 3:30 am her time.

Wonderful new hiking tour.

Two new lube techs I hired last week working out very well.Started on Monday,nice to me and thanked me for my service in the Marines.Also aware of repairs that need to be done.One was a lady's car with a coolant leak and she said yes on fixing the leak on top of the oil change.

A long conversation about trauma that was aall not about trauma, but tattoos pissing me off & operating under different definitions of things fairly dear. Also about tea.

Being able to get to sleep a little easier the last two nights thanks to banning self from screens after a certain hour and reading instead. Such a relief to see some improvement there. Sick of tossing n turning till daylight.

Grateful that I didn't appear to break anything when I fell on my ass, and that I have a new (to me) heavily embroidered denim jacket and two cookbooks.
