What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful for trees and being near trees and nature.
B - so lucky to live with love and gratitude for each other.
Opportunities - there are things I can do to look after my healing, and growth as a person.
Being almost able to care for myself. Really have broken down that self hatred quite a lot.
Being present in my own body for a few seconds each day.
