What Are You Grateful For Today?

I'm grateful for my husband, who was really cool last night when I was in a really sad and miserable mood.

I'm grateful my kids had so much fun yesterday! I love to see them happy!

I'm grateful for trashy burgers and crispy fries with ketchup.

I'm also grateful for chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and caramel sauce and crunchy nuts.

My hips are chiming in... they are NOT grateful for greasy burgers, fried foods and sugar-filled, high calorie ice cream. They wish I would stick to my resolutions of eating fewer carbs and eating healthy food.

I'm grateful that today there was much healthy, low carb food to eat, so that I could attempt to get back on track with eating healthy food.

I'm weirdly grateful for food a lot... but I know that's because there often wasn't food to eat when I was a kid, and if there was, it was of the fast food variety. I'm grateful to have plenty of healthy food to eat, whenever I want... but also grateful for the opportunity once in awhile to eat stuff that's really bad for me, just because. Sometimes it's nice to take a break from trying to be good. I'm grateful for those opportunities, too.

I'm grateful for my little bare bear (named that because he's NAKED! LOL!) who keeps me company. You can tell he's really loved, his fur is all smooshed and matted and not super soft and fluffy like when my husband first bought him for me. I'm also grateful he makes a nice pillow for my head when watching TV in bed.

I'm grateful for smileys and I like making my posts colorful, but I think I'll take a break today. Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

@Bluerose, Hope they are both doing well

@Promicarus lol, actually find myself appreciating butter the most :D

I'm grateful for the festivals I will be able to go to this year, 1st one in May, gives me something to look forward to. For my partner getting the camp stove replaced - I am terrible at doing things like that, people always sense they can fob me off and they do! And for my little list - which really helps me get things done
