What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful that I am making progress and writing my list. I am going to do things on my list today. It has taken me a long time to write the list.

I am grateful for other people who are generally freindly.

I'm greatful for the good people I have found here. I am greatful for the way a staff member at work treated me today after seeing me in a terrible state a few weeks back. There was no judgement and no assumption. Just acceptance.

Grateful that my ex therapist emailed me back and told me at least I know how to contact her now. Also, that she is working on finding me another therapist that's a good fit.

I am grateful that we are going to celebrate St. Patricks Day and that I got all of the supplies for dinner and the girls are going to help me with the peeling and chopping. Another thing to celebrate. I am grateful that we look for reasons to celebrate.

I just decided, spur of the moment, to take my daughter on a bush walk. Just a short drive from home we found the most beautiful place with gnarled trees and huge rocks where two creeks joined together with swimming holes and water falls. I am grateful for mother nature.

I am grateful for improved emotional regulation and compassion for myself and for other people.

I am so grateful that I am getting so many things around here accomplished. The corned beef is in the crock pot and I am washing my sheets and comforter too on top of all I have already done.
