What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am feeling grateful for being able to wake up, think straight and make the decision that I did to arrange to go to my old opthamologist's office, to be seen for my emergency, and not have to travel nearly as far as usually required.

I am grateful to my husband for his concern for my vision and well-being and his willingness to drive me far if need be; his cooperation and effort to drive me elsewhere and his supporting me while I had my eyes checked today.

I'm feeling grateful that today I've done the right thing and perhaps I've done it well. Also, that this need didn't interfere with my husband's employment.

I'm grateful that I'm managing logistics well today surrounding multiple things, plus that I have a plan of action for Iritis before it became most severe again. Also, that I had my suspicions confirmed about now having it in my right eye. - Another words, I can take the medicine I have here and treat both my eyes, (I don't need to be confused, uncertain or neglect one) ....and I know just how much to take and not take.

I am especially grateful that there was help and answers for me today concerning this and it wasn't quite so difficult. :) The pain is and will be relieved, my vision looked after and I am less afraid. I'm happy not to feel so powerless and helpless.

Grateful for a T-shirt, a $10 gift certificate, and a really easy stick when I donated blood today. I go back on Thursday as the requirements for platelets has changed to give them a couple tubes of blood to see if I can be a donor since I can only give and receive in the same arm and now that's what they do for everybody. It helps more people to give platelets than whole blood.

I am so grateful to be living with my daughter and her girls. I am so gratefull that I am not lonely anymore. I am grateful that my mobile home is up for sale. I am so grateful for money to pay the bills. I am grateful for a roof over my head, food to eat, and water and gas and electricity.

So grateful that Mr Leons' eyes have almost completely cleared up since yesterday.

Grateful that I have such a supportive and caring tribe of women to turn to when I need help with this sort of thing.

I'm grateful that work is finally being done to get the shower in my bungalow up and running.

I'm grateful to have money to buy medicines and detoxing agents to help me stay healthy.

I'm grateful to have good music to assist me with healing.

I'm grateful to have the day off to meditate and journal as well as research and be creative.

Grateful to the meditation exercises I've been doing that seem to be helping me handle confrontations online exceptionally well, without reacting or buying into the other persons stuff yet still communicating in a way that does not alienate them, but gives them the option of sorting through the issue without cutting them off. It feels like real progress for me.

Grateful to have a nice warm bed to crawl into now.

I just decided, spur of the moment, to take my daughter on a bush walk. Just a short drive from home we found the most beautiful place with gnarled trees and huge rocks where two creeks joined together with swimming holes and water falls. I am grateful for mother nature.

Hi fly away home. The place you found sounds fascinating. What a wonderful gift and place to have shared with your daughter. Maybe you'll do so again sometime. :)

Perhaps alone as well. :headphone:

Enjoy.
