I am grateful for :

...Jesus
...the time I got to spend with my feline friend, Millie.
...the time I got to spend with my father before he passed and that the two of us made peace.

...my daughter and grandsons
...my mother and my sister
...my baby brother

...my "adopted" daughter (niece)
...my "adopted" younger brother
...all of my virtual (online) friends

...warmth, clothing, shelter, food, a bed to sleep, in etc.

...all the love and support I receive from various sites, forums and people around the world.

I am grateful that I have the money, and ordered a faux fur hooded black, down coat for winter. I am grateful for good friends and for my recovery process teaching me so many lessons.

I am so grateful! I did the Burns Depression Test 12/100. I am officially suffering from Mild Depression! The first time I did this test I was suffering from Extreme Depression! I have gone down to Severe Depression to Moderate Depression, and now I am suffering from Mild Depression! I am so close to normal but unhappy! Wow! I never thought it was possible to get here where I am now.

I am so grateful for my home and food and utilities. I am so grateful for my family and for my friends who are positive and cheer me on to recovery. I am so grateful to be back in therapy again, because I really need it so badly. I am grateful for my therapist who is so very good.

I am grateful to see @Ms Spock hard work in so may areas and find success in an decrease in depression! It brings tears of joy to my eyes to know there is hope within the practices of meditation as well as other strategies that she has encourage others within such as myself.

To read about statistics is one thing...to know someone on the board and see it happen is another. Congrats Ms Spock ...

I still can't understand how they say your depressed just on the strength of filling in a form? It's the same with the folk who treat us PTSD folk, how can people who have never suffered from it, understand what we say to them?

I know it's not anything to do with being grateful, it just came over me.

For that I'm just grateful that I will be away from here over Christmas, as last year I was just a wreck.

I'm related to a lot of sucky people who make my life harder and break me down. But I've built this beautiful network of friends, smiling faces, hugs given freely, listening ears and unconditional love. I'm so grateful for them. My true support isn't family, it's the family I've made for myself.

Grateful to have stopped a ssri past few days. Dealing with withdrawals, but so far MUCH BETTER than side effects of drug. I did reduce over time.

My New Years goal is to taper off Klonopin (clonazepam). Then hopefully never see a psychiatrist again. After several very bad experiences - won't ever take another ssri.

Grateful that we have an opportunity to apply for a deferred loan to repair our septic system. Hopefully it will go through.

I am grateful that my family and I are reconciled and back together as a family again and that I will have a visit with them tomorrow.
