What Are You Thankful For?

I am thankful that we did the last of the christmas shopping. I got me two tops. They are really pretty and I will enjoy them. My husband made it. It was hard on him. He said he could've stayed home and layed down. He was really slow and out of it. I tried to make it pleasant for him. I am thankful that we did that together.

I'm thankful that I did, indeed, run out to do the grocery shopping! I actually had the energy and not the anxiety! Of course I did take a deep breath to get me started. ;)

He coloured my hair for me today, now no grey for Christmas. :D

I am thankful for a wonderful family and friends. I had a wonderful day. I treasure days like today.

I am so appreciative and thankful for a conversation I had with my friend S. It was just like we were talking yesterday. I kept my anxiety and panic and abandonment out of it - which was great. I cried when I got off the phone.

I am so thankful, for the sense of humour and tactility of my partner B.

I am thankful that our last old traditional Aboriginal Elder died peacefully on his own country with my hand on his forhead and surrounded by family. RIP old man.
