I talked myself down from an anxiety attack and am feeling better. I went for a mocha frappe. I woke up naturally and just drank coffee instead of doing chores first thing in the morning. We will go for tacos for dinner tonight, I got paid today.:laugh:

H walked the dogs for me whilst I sat with a cup of coffee and had a good phone chat with my eldest daughter.

What a great day, We went to pick up preciptions and we went to the bed store and bought us a temper pedic mattress, 2 really cool cloud pillows and a cover to protect the mattress. We will get it Friday afternoon.

Then to celebrate we went out to lunch. That was a real treat. I got a mocha frappe and I am online checking in now. This has been a very pleasant day. I am floating. Now we will save for a new dishwasher. Then we will have to save for christmas. So I am relaxing and drinking my mocha frappe. We had a very lovely day. It was so great to go out and get breakfast. We enjoyed each others company. Mabe I will take a nap later on.

I made an appointment for next week to get a mani/pedi, on Tuesday. My daughter is sick so she cannot go out for a coffee. She is taking good care of herself and promised me that she would go to a doctor if the sickness did not go away. On a scale from 1 to 10 10 being the best. Today is a 10.

I got my hair done today. I reacted to the dye last week, but she did a 'weave' where it's not like completely covering your head. In fact, it's worked really well, all over colour but none of it got on my skin. :tup:

I went to KFC so I would not be rushed to fix something at home for lunch. And now I am enjoying time home alone with soothing music going while I catch up on my emails and facebook stuffs. I fully intend to utilize the hot tub later! ;)

I went to my emdr session and tackled 2 really traumatic memories. I put them to rest. i feel one hundred percent better, so I was very brave today. On the way home I got a mocha frappe. Now I am waiting for them to deliver the new bed. Woo Hoo.
