I slept in today. I am taking it easy. I am watching the olympics. It is rainy and cold today for the bike riders. I do not know if I will go for a mocha frappe.

Broke down and took anxiety meds and now feel better.

(((Gizmo))). Taking meds is not a weakness. Take them as you need them. I look at meds as just another coping tool.

Unfortunately, my PC is upstairs and I have no TV up here so I'll be here for a bit and then more Olympics.

I'm the same CC. I think I'll be watching more Olympics than spending time on the forum.

It is just too hot here to do anything today; tried shopping. Ended up wasting 1/2 the day luxuriously
cruising the net for pictures. I should be ashamed of myself! Not though, I earned it. And I did it.

I asked my husband to help me do a thorough cleaning of the house, he was more than happy to help, he has been asking for weeks but I've felt so bad about not being able to do it. Today I decided to begin doing what I can so I've already started a bag to shred papers and one to toss things out so as I go through the house I just pick stuff up as I go. I have done several loads of laundry but not rushing myself, nothing HAS to be done today.

Now I'm taking a break and having some lunch.

I made a cup of coffee and sat and watched the diving and 3 day eventing on TV.

Became a little anxious before the realtor showed up this afternoon, but he was such a nice guy, and so easy to talk to. I'm so pleased with myself for having him come and look at my home.

Although I can't do anything yet, he went over everything for me, and I feel so much better, now.

I even mentioned that I would need some people to help me move, and it sounded like he could help with that. So now I wait, until the duplexes are done, but at least I heard the news that I needed to hear.

He felt like there would be no problem in selling my home!

I left the house to go to the store even though I was scared to leave. I also bought myself a candy bar (haven't had one in a long time).

I've also started cleaning up an old room so that I can convert it into my Art room.

I went for mocha frappes, I did some inner child work that turned out nicely. I am relaxing. I am enjoying the rain.

Exciting day planned....oooooooh....I am like a child at christmas all bouncy...going to attend my daughters baby scan at 2:30 and it is now 9:40....trying to decide wether to go into town and window shop or stay here and kill time by ironing.....

Since the sprinklers are running this morning and it's sooooo hot I've decided to take the morning off the sweat walk and Big Girl is snoozing beside me sleeping in while I read the forum. It sounds like it's raining so it mentally feels cooler than what it is ;).
