Took both me and my daughter to a rock concert.

It was awesome! The energy from the band and the crowd had us up dancing and clapping for 4 hours. The energy was contagious and its the most fun we've had in a long, long time.

I gave myself permission to do the tiniest bit of art, like 10 minutes, during work, on a really short day even though I'm backlogged from being out for so long.

Bought me a kidneys-helping tea & exercised.

And kept writing some more, even though right now I hate everything I write.

Went for a run - despite the visitor being here. Needed a time out.

Ate a great big unhealthy breakfast and didn't feel guilty about it
