What Did You Do For You Today???

I'm headed to the neurologist today. (I hate doctors-but I'm taking care of me...cancelled twice before)
I'll watch TV tonight and have a nice dinner.
I'll get my tax stuff ready to go for tomorrow.
Tomorrow I'll call my lawyer to finalize divorce and take tax stuff to tax man. By then, have-tos will be done.....

Exercised, meditated, got done some chores, put essential oils I'm the burner.
Continued to work on my plan.

Installed an air conditioner!

Wait, that was for my dog.

I went outside and enjoyed the thunder :)

Took someone up on their offer to teach me more American Sign Language. I already know the alphabet and a few other signs, but have always wanted to learn more. Excited to expand my ASL vocabulary. :)

Lost my fitbit while hiking earlier in the month. Bought myself a new one and the one I wanted. :)

Stopped allowing myself to feel self-pity, traded it for self-compassion instead.

Practised breathing and meditation on my safe place for when I really need it.

Cancelled therapy so I could recover fully from the stomach bug.

Allowed myself to talk to someone (relatively) new and be happy

Made a cabbage leaf poultice to put on an annoying varicose vein that's been bugging me lately. From the heart, to the ribs, to the sacrum, and now to the knee. Never a dull or pain-free moment, it seems. Here I was hoping the next half-century of my existence would be a bit more tame....Hahahahaha!!!!...dream on, lady.
