Who are you going to go see? That sounds like so much fun! I haven't been to a concert since June when I saw Flogging Molly. Super fun!

I saw Sara Bareilles. UNBELIEVABLE show. She's one of my favorite artists so I was very excited. :)

We went out to eat before the show and I ended up with some mild food poisoning, but overall, the night was amazing. Just what I needed.

Tonight is callbacks for a musical I auditioned for. Should be a good time.

Today I managed to get all the gloss painting done, the first coat of colour on the walls yesterday. So now just one more coat of colour and some finishing touches like maybe a nice bathroom border and a blind up. Then bathroom totally transformed, for next to nothing but a bit of time. :tup:

Today, I'm working and then hopefully heading down to the Farmer's Market downtown, I dont really cook... but I like to look at all the vegetables and people-watch.

I'm in an amazing mood - I found out last night I was cast in the show I auditioned for... as the part I wanted!!! :whistling: This weekend will be celebration in full swing before I head into a rigorous 6 week rehearsal.

After 5 long weeks of school holiday I went back to work today.

I am now a 'new' me with a different set of priorities & one of them is not work! After my children work was my priority, I thought i couldn't be without it to keep me going. Well, after a very relaxed break during which i didnt even open my briefcase, I went in & left at my agreed time & haven't brought any work home to do, yippee it feels great!

Stayed in in the morning... enjoyed breathing and being very quiet. Then I went out and bought a 20 pound free range turkey and some healthy stuff... I had a 20% off coupon... saved 32 bucks.

Finished painting the bathroom yesterday, while heckling my husband through the window to get off his butt instead of sitting in the sun.

Another cake made today.

This one was for hubby, had to be a man cake. Not sure how Madeira cake with white chocolate butter cream is a man cake, but that is what he wanted. :)

I did Laundry. Call me crazy but stacks of neatly folded clean laundry makes me so happy. Tomorrow I'm going to vacuum and mop :D
