Decided to finally finish that Graduate Diploma at university that I dropped out of two years ago. I figure since I can't spend as much time as I'd like with my guy, I may as well get stuck into doing something productive in my spare time that I really enjoy. Feeling pretty excited about it actually:D
I did my morning yoga nidra. I watered the passionfruit plants, the strawberries and the tomatoes and I tidied up a bit. I walked 1.8km. I went for a short drive. I negotiated my boundaries with myself. I negotiated some boundaries with B. I thought ahead for lunch and planned fresh bread rolls with roast beef and cheese with salad. I ate strawberries and bananas for breakfast. I didn't overeat before I went out and I didn't over eat when I got back.
@Ms Spock : I'm impressed how you keep on with taking care of yourself. It's a great step and I'm really happy for you.
Today, I took a time out at work. During lunch break when everyone else was gathering in the crowded canteen, I went to my car. I took the blanket out of the trunk, lied down at the backseat with the blanket as my pillow and played some DS games. It was so calming to be for myself for a while.
