I rode my bike for a half hour and had a nice stretch afterward. I have a knee injury so it's tough for me to get out (doctor says non-impact activity is okay). I also have chronic pain issues so stretching is really important to get those muscles to stop contracting in reaction to the pain and relax and lengthen again, and it's a lot easier to stretch if I do some cardio first. I have a hard time with some of the stretches because my leg doesn't bend the way it needs to right now but I can do most of them.

I ride my bike at night because I'm fat and I worry that if I ride during the day someone mean will take a picture of me and I'll end up an internet meme. :-(
