What Did You Do For You Today???

Slept a little more than usual, ate well today.

I realised my body is too tired for much exercise today.

I didn't do something that I LOVE but that is bad for my health. :hug:

I did a 30 minute body scan.

I took a shower and got ready like I was going somewhere. Though I'm not with the snow storm out there.

I walked for 20 minutes.

Spent the week making my house a home, a start at unpacking my office. Hung some artwork. Cleaned my book case and picked out a re-read of an old favorite. Slept and napped a lot. Mild exercise.

I did my self care and dressed in pretty summer clothes since it is so hot outside today. Sorry about the italics. I do not know what is causing this.

Decided not to work on my thesis today - after the lack of sleep. Did not force myself to do more than necessary.

I cancelled something tomorrow so I have a lot more time to rest

With the new month and everything going up, I am even more focused on a new budget and watching what I spend my money on.

I had a lovely dinner, been hungry all day, I needed it.
