Although I have to say I am kinda surprised with myself, after some thought I realize that I am with @The Albatross and @gizmo on this one...

There is nothing that I need. I have a good heart and mind, returning health, a great family (small tho it may be), and some really good friends (+ even if I want to have more), I still do not need a thing.

For once I am good. I feel whole and strong, positive and empowered.
