Hmmm. PTSD has taught me that I can manage through the smoke and mirrors, do and even excel at some of the things that frighten/trigger/stress/dread me the most. Also that if I stumble, fall, or get stuck in cycling I can pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on track again - even when my mind taunts me with "you'll never" or "I can't" or "always" statements.
