What Has Your Group Experience Been Like?

I belong to an on-line invitation by interview only lung cancer support group for carers. The moderator is a social worker and is gentle as a lamb while she enforces the group rules. The group stays together for 6 to 9 weeks and then takes a two-week break. During the down time I keep an email group going till the support group opens again (and with new members). The reason why we re-formulate is that unfortunately, loved ones die. The group has been my life line.
