Cleaned the kitchen

Have (I think) final draft of scholarship essay completed

I lost my appeal for long term disability, and found my life again. I'm back in the present, not in the future. I am starting to work on all my repurposing and garden projects again. I'm going to get my van running again so I can pick up some light weight pallets to make crates out of to sell at my yard sale.

Bought paint the right color. Bought paint the wrong color. Mega stressed cuz mister found out late need paint two other colors and have no sample. JEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzeeeeeeeeee.

Cleaned up...no dirty dishes in the sink!

Lately? What have I accomplished lately? Reversed a self-destructive trend in my behavior. One day at a time.

Today I accomplished:

Mostly finished one student's letter!

Reviewed another student's petition & wrote her an advice email

Took a walk.

I handled an issue with my computer without too much anxiety.

Flossed and brushed my teeth. I'm too depressed to shower, but flossing and brushing means that I have not completely abdicated self-care.

I'm continuously working on improving my life.

A few years ago my ex damaged part of my face hitting...

Oh, I am so sorry that a monster did that to you. I don't call the monsters by name, I give them names that actually really depict their ugly souls.
I am being damaged mostly psychologically by people that are stalking me, mainly because they harass me and actually attempt to get close enough to do me serious bodily harm. I have stalkers that I am dealing with, who since they could not have a physical relationship with me, are actively seeking to have strangers force themselves onto me, people I have never talked to.
These male stalkers are attempting to get me raped, it is awful what humans are capable of. But that is not enough for those monsters, they spread the most outrageous lies about me, have done that for over 6 years.

My heart goes out to you: you know most men consider battle scars as interesting............ just a thought
