What Have You Accomplished Lately?

I called the Senior Center Director this morning and told her just exactly how I have been bullied there and by whom. I also explained how this person has bullied others, and also how another person is picking on me. I further told her about a book I am reading entitled BULLYING AMONG OLDER ADULTS by Robin P. Bonifas Ph.D MSW. I even offered to loan her the book, but instead she said she would get someone from Social Services to come to the Center and give us all a lecture on BULLYING. I hope she follows through. She is very busy, so she could forget. But, I did also tell her that a lady came to the Center a year ago, someone called her "motormouth" and she told one of our members who goes to her church that she is never coming back! So the Director said that she is going to try to find out who that person is and rescue her. I just hope the guy remembers who she is, as he is 99 years old and he is fading.... anyway, I stood up for my rights, someone else's rights and yet another person's rights, not to mention all the folks that might get bullied by these people in the future.

I can almost touch my knees together!

:hilarious: Been working on it for 2 days. Spent the weekend clinging with my knees (and thighs, calves) on a bike through some rather wicked turns, and the past few days walking like some cartoon cowboy! Hot dayum am I out of shape. My muscles have just been all f*ck you lady! and refusing to operate correctly. It's really pathetic, but also funny as f*ck.

This is what happens when 20+ years of riding horses & bikes & wet bikes means the muscle memory is there ...but not the muscles themselves... From a year of being on my ass.
:roflmao: :hilarious: :banghead:
