I accomplished to write the introduction for my bachelor thesis....:bookworm::mad: ...now, I can continue with the further....:poop:

I sent out in the mail fifteen resumes to places that I might get a job with. I realized today that I may have to work two jobs to survive. I will get copies made tomorrow and start the process all over again. Really proud of myself for the efforts I am making to get a job.

I have been working on my music!!!! After many many years of trying, things are finally coming together step by step.

I painted the front door, and painted a corner of the bathroom, painted a small part of the lounge room ceiling that needed to be fixed.

I helped B fix my car door so that was really good.

We have to finish doing the screen door. I got a fair bit done. The anxiety was so high, but I KEPT going, struggled a bit with dissociation but still much improved.

I accomplished to write to my therapist that I will quit working with her - because it just doesn't fit...and I already wrote to the university's trauma ambulance close by.

I have kept trying to do things despite the dissociation and the struggle to be present.

I cleaned my house, which is a major trigger for me - ridiculous I know, but I did it. Struggled with severe dissociation and rumination whilst I did it, but I did it. Not doing so well, but still managing.

I made an important decision and took the necessary steps - even if it resulted in a horrible head ache...it was worth it.

Yesterday, I set out to finish the huge pile of ironing I've been looking at for well, at least 2 years - then about 3 t-shirts in, the iron broke.

Today, I set out to have a cup of coffee - only to find that the kettle was leaking.

Think the only thing I have accomplished today is buying a new kettle, luckily I had a spare iron.

I fixed my hair before my therapy appointment. Normally I wear it up. I'm trying to fix it on the days I shower instead of always pulling it back. It makes me feel different. Even my therapist noticed.
