What Improvements Have You Made?

I've built a weekly aerobic exercise class into my routine.

In the past aerobic exercise has brought up all sorts of body feelings that distress me. but this is aqua aerobics and it works like magic.

I think the water moving around is a distraction, but also the water takes the weight off the body and this movement seems ok. There's also no horrible sweating or grubby feeling and I come out feeling clean and refreshed.
 
Improvements I have made. Lets see hmmm.

I haven't shot anybody lately....OK OK ....they needed shooting but I wasn't mad at them. Anyway the blood is hard on the paint of my truck.

I haven't seen any ghosts recently. I have decided if any ghosts do show up I won't be surprised and I'll ask them how's it going. I figure if they are bored they might go away on their own.

I have learned the difference in an anxiety attack and a panic attack. An anxiety attack reminds me of when I was married and a panic attack feels like a heart attack AND being married at the same time.

Oh I haven't pulled my pistol on any ghosts. It seems to hurt their feelings when I do.

My concentration is better. I was able to finish the moat and electric razor wire design for my mountain retreat. Have to keep Bigfoot and my relatives away from the landmines and Claymores. Wounding a Bigfoot just brings the nuts out with their cameras. Besides surplus landmines still aren't cheap. Although I did get a good buy when Gaddafi went belly up.

Saving up for a drone but I have to complete the runway first.
