I searched and I didn't see this thread so hopefully it's not redundant.

I got curious because people tend to assume I am female and there's a member here that I assumed was male for a very long time.

I know there are a lot of terms for gender and they are still evolving. And of course different cultures have different terms. So I put in the terms I hear the most from my LGBTQ friends. You can also pick more than one.

I put both man and transman. Much of the time the "trans" doesn't matter to me and I just identify as a male. Here though, where I am often speaking/thinking of the past, it does have relevance since my body and how people identified me was very different.

I put "other", because I do feel I have a gender and it's not fluid, but it's something in between male and female. I have a really hard time calling myself a woman, which I technically in a binary world am. But calling myself a man would be lying. So, I'm not a transman.
In my country we tend to call people like me transgendered, but I think in English-speaking countries that word can be used synonymously with the term transsexual. Is that right?
The word non-binary describes me quite nicely, so I often use that if someone is interested in my gender (surprisingly many people are...)

Biologically, I'm female, but I've never really felt like that...always felt more masculine than feminine. I would have chosen Transgender if that had been an option, but non-binary/gender fluid works too. I've just very recently become comfortable with the fact that I am not "FEMALE" in the traditional sense, but I can't share that with my family of origin....wouldn't go over well. That's probably why I don't think I'd ever fully transition to male, even though I hate my (very feminine) real name. *sigh.....gender/sexual navigation can be so............I dunno.

Didn't know how to answer I took a quiz called the S.A.G.E. test. I'll post a small snippet
Your appearance is Feminine
Your brain processes are mostly that of a Androgynous person.
You appear to socialize in a androgynous manner.
You believe you have mild conflicts about your gender identity.
Biologically, I was born with the right genitalia, but I hate having breasts and find them gross on other people. They are just annoying bags of fat. I would not be opposed to having mine removed. Could be more of a trauma issue than gender identity issue.

Otherwise, I would say that based on current "social norms" I am 50% 50% I will never be a domestic goddess and if given the choice to do dishes or fix the plumbing, I would rather fix the plumbing. I would rather chop wood than mop the floors. I prefer household tasks that involve fixing or building things, rather than appearance related chores. I also prefer hobbies that are male dominated. Then again I also like to do my hair fancy, dress feminine and wear makeup on occasion.

Personally, I see myself as 75% female and 25% male when not accounting for "social norms"
